Typical Minang dish made from beef. Slow-cooked with coconut milk, special spices, and seasonings for 7-8 hours. Has a savory and spicy taste and moist texture. The numerous spices used to make the dish gives an aromatic spice and flavor.
Ingredients: Beef top side, coconut milk, coconut desiccated, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, oil, mix 13 spices.
